This policy explains what personal information El Cantarito 44 ("we") collects when you visit elcantarito44.com, shop in our store, book the mobile bar or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, shipping address and, for bookings, the date, venue, guest count, event notes and your typed signature on the contract. The wholesale form also asks for business details (name, city, EIN or resale certificate in the US; RFC, legal name and tax address in Mexico).
• Your account: if you create an account, we keep your email, name, phone and your order and booking history.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browser data: we use cookies and browser storage only to make the site work: remembering your language and country, your cart and your session.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders, and to reserve and serve your event.
• To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your order, booking or question.
• To send recipes and promotions only if you joined the Club Cantarito. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal and tax obligations and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We only share it with the providers we need to operate: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and accounts), Stripe and Mercado Pago (payments), the carriers that deliver your order (USPS, UPS or DHL) and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. We would also share it if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and booking information as long as needed to provide the service and for the time required by tax laws. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages. If you live in California (CCPA) or Mexico (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, ARCO rights), email sales@elcantarito44.com (US) or contacto@elcantarito44.com (Mexico) and we will reply within 20 business days.

Minors

Our mixes are alcohol-free, but the mobile bar serves alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age (21 in the United States, 18 in Mexico). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
