Questions
Before you book.
How much is the deposit?
30% of the total. It reserves your date and is non-refundable. 50% is due 14 days before and the balance 7 days before the event.
Do you charge for distance?
Yes. We calculate round-trip miles from our base and confirm the cost before the event.
Do guests keep the clay cups?
Yes. Every package includes clay cantaritos and your guests take them home.
What do I need to have ready?
If your package doesn't include tequila, the alcohol must be ready when the bartender arrives. You always provide the beer, well chilled.
Do you serve minors?
No. We serve alcohol only to adults with valid ID (21 in the US, 18 in Mexico).
What if the venue requires insurance?
If the venue requires liquor liability insurance, the client provides it.

Service agreement
1. Booking and deposit. Your date is reserved once 30% of the total is paid. The deposit is non-refundable. 50% is due 14 days before the event and the balance 7 days before. The remaining 70% can be paid by cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
2. Service. Includes certified bartender(s), bar, ice, natural juices, clay cantaritos and the package menu during the hours booked. Extra hours are charged at the current rate.
3. Alcohol. In Option A packages the client provides the tequila and beer. Alcohol is only served to guests of legal drinking age with valid ID. The bartender may refuse service to intoxicated guests.
4. Travel and access. Travel is calculated by round-trip miles from our base and confirmed before the event. The client guarantees access to the venue, water and electricity, and the venue's permission if required.
5. Changes and cancellations. Date changes are subject to availability with 14 days' notice. Cancellations do not refund the deposit.
6. Liability. The client is responsible for guests' behavior and for any damage they cause to the equipment. If the venue requires liquor liability insurance, the client obtains it.
